Would have enjoyed the stay...

Liked: Pros: Restaurant on site, nice pool areaCons: Pillows with no support, uncomfortable bed, super noisy with what felt like paper thin walls

Liked: The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean But Isabel was awful upon check in. I had asked for my room to be close to my kids I was told by Destiny it wouldnt be a problem but I would have to wait till closer to 4 for that to happen. So we ran to walmart and came back at 430 and Isabel said rooms still werent ready I said is one of them, I told her my daughter and son in law wouldnt be there for a couple hours so I figured by the time they got there house keeping would have got the rest of the rooms ready. So I left and my other kids came to check in and they put them in a different part of the hotel. Isabel never told us what time breakfast was, where it was at, no wifi password or nothing. She made me feel like I was inconvenicening her. When all I wanted was to be close to my grandbabies. If she dont like working with guest and trying to accomodate them then maybe she needs to find a new job. Since I has been told by the supervisor it wouldnt be hard to get us close to each other. Other than my bad experiece with her everything else was wonderful.

Our stay was nothing short...

Liked: We enjoyed the security and atmosphere. We have stayed here twice and it's been amazing both times. We will be staying more often.
Disliked: There is nothing that we didn't like.

Do better with pool
