Good for short stay

Liked: Pool side is lovely, room Well docorated, had an iron and ironing board, Very centrally located, free parking offered (either on compound or across the road), smooth check-in and check-out processes, friendly staff, got complimentary access to the Gold Spike Club.
Disliked: Pool not heated, room not thoroughly cleaned, thin walls (could hear people walking about in the room above)

Disliked: The staff was not courteous at all. They lacked basic hospitality. The receptionist did not even listen to our grievances. She right away said that she's not the one to hear our complaints and that we should take it up with the supervisor of the property. They were not welcoming at all. The rooms were pretty small. There was barely any space to walk in the room. The room lacked basic amenities. The AC in the room was too loud.
