It is a pretty place...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Views are very nice.
Disliked: The bed was too soft.

We love Oakwood and will...

Liked: We grew up on Lake Wawasee but no longer have a home there. Staying at Oakwood allows us to stay on the lake and enjoy all the perks of being there.We still have friends who live on the lake and a lot of people who enjoy the Porch so we like the convenience of being there. Our friends could easily pick us up at the dock for boat rides.
Disliked: I wish the rooms had balconies.
