Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: Really disappointed that the bins weren't emptied daily. The bathroom door would not stay shut.

Lovely place but staff did...

Liked: The accomodation itself was lovely and well located. In the midst of nightlife hub but in a higher level room you did not notice.
Disliked: On the second night of my stay there was a loud party going on on my floor. Soundproofing was terrible. Although several people complained the staff did not adequately deal with the situation. The group was loud and disruptive until 4-5am in the morning. Loud music, yelling in the hallways. I was afraid to leave my room as they were aggressive to anyone who approached to ask them to keep it down. It had already started mid afternoon so staff had plenty of time to ask them to deal with them appropriately. All they did was ask them to keep it down, they would be quiet for a few minutes and then if would start up again.

Great stay, terrible experience

Liked: The room itself was lovely and had an amazing stay considering we booked at 1030pm for an 11pm check in.
Disliked: The fact that the staff at reception gave out my mobile number to a stranger qhixh breaches the privacy law.
