Liked: CBD location and all the services Oaks provided. The room service meals were exceptional.

Disliked: View from balcony into residential flats. Carpark automatic door temperemental.

Location was brilliant and accommodation...

Liked: Property was close to all amenities.
Disliked: They need to have more than 1 person on check in. It was a very very slow process.

The 2 night stay was...

Liked: The location in the city was beautiful; & room comfortable, although a bit smaller than I expected.
Disliked: The bathroom had not been cleaned properly - a build-up of powder on the floor, around the edges of the shower; & dried-out suds still in the shower from the previous customers. The cleaning looked slap-dash for a top hotel. Other than that, all was ok.

Great Location

Liked: Great Location.
Disliked: Could hear nightclub music. Make sure you get a room away from that. Clean rooms. Need more milk in the fridge for tea and coffee.
