Liked: We were looking forward to the trip and the facilities. Whilst a little tired we had a great time. The staff we came across were all welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: I thought the ordering system for food at the pool and water park was sub standard. You are given a time to go to the bar to collect food, but it could come earlier and so you walk over from the water park and your food could have been sitting for a few minutes. Even if you order at pool they just call your name out not very loudly and then it sits there. Most places even food courts have buzzers that assist with this. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. However the way that the scrambled eggs are brought out of the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. In a stainless steel bowl which looks like the same bowl it was scooped out of a large bucket.

Disliked: the hotel is filled with cockroaches. rooms are not clean. noisy. breakfast is the same everyday.

Disliked: We missed out on Breakfast as it seemed to close early. I feel you need to offer breakfast during holiday time up to midday to accomodate for people who like to slep in.
