Disliked: It’s was massively disappointing. We thought we were staying in a nice hotel but it was terrible. The construction causes the arrival area, drive in, car park, reception, entire experience to be disappointing. Our room was clean but dark and dreary. I was expecting a nice view but it was only through one glass door that looked between two other units like a tunnel. It’s so not worth the money.

Liked: Very comfortable. Great bathroom with supplies. Free shuttle bus in and out of CBD. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: The garage was difficult and full therefore I had to park on the street.Exactly where ...I had to ask several times.In the end I parked where the 2 staff assured me was very safe and that was where they parked.On leaving found that someone had tried to break the Front windscreen with a stone so that I could not drive the vehicle..had to get a replacement car which costed a great deal of time and was altogether very expensive..a very unhappy end to our queenstown visit.so I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Disliked: Price did not match room.Bottom story, tiny corner room was very disappointing.We stayed at this property 5 days previously and the room/balcony/size was much better(and cheaper nightly rate).Disgusting coffee machine.No fan in the bathrooms.
