Unclean and unsafe

Liked: The location was pretty good.
Disliked: The accommodation was not clean. My boyfriend found a crack pipe x2, and syringe in the kitchen cupboard. Thankfully we were moved rooms, we were told the cleaners aren’t tall enough to see in all the cupboards so didn’t find it? And apparently it’s not uncommon to happen in the area? First time this has ever happened to me. We were thankful for the staff for moving our room as we felt unsafe, however not happy with how the manager dealt with the situation.

Disliked: Can do better by upgrading bathrooms.Very easy to fall inside bathtub while having a shower as there is no non slip mat.
