Liked: Staff were lovely and view was great
Disliked: I had surgery this year and would have liked the stairs to be advertised as i was in pain for a lot of my trip. Also the inability to get reception or wifi would have been appreciated as i took my work laptop to work and could not log in. The second bedroom was not unlocked but quickly rectified by staff, unfortunately the bed did not have a sheet on it, nor were the rooms cleaned very well. Breakfast was not very comfortable as there was not enough seating for everyone.

Liked: It was so relaxing and all of the amenities were excellent.
Disliked: It was a bit hard to get to in that’s to signage but apparently the property is going through a change of ownership so hopefully this will be corrected.

Disappointing. Not value for money

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great for the event we attended and the reception area is beautifully renovated.
Disliked: The Villa we paid a high price for was called Premier Executive, however did not match the pictures shown on Booking.com, was not renovated, was not clean, had broken furniture, no wifi, no landline and no mobile reception. In addition was not serviced as requested and confirmed upon check in.

A great option for a...

Liked: Super-comfy well-appointed town house overlooking the golf course to the mountains- we enjoyed our stay. Oaks Cypress Lakes is a great option for a Hunter Valley vineyard holiday. We were upgraded to a two bedroom house which was very much appreciated and meant that we had use of a full kitchen to cook a meal. After two weeks on the road, eating-in is a treat.
Disliked: The two EV chargers are a real plus and so popular that the resort should consider installing more to meet the growing demand (Berida Hotel in Bowral has 10)
