Liked: The hotel is very clean and up to date with renovations.
Disliked: We were unable to check in using the KeySafe via digital code after 10pm therefore it was a hassle to get a staff member to come from another hotel to come and check us in (thanks to good ole technology that failed us). The shower in room 111 did not have running warm/hotel water in the shower which was disappointing for the money spent. The shower would run for a max of 3-4mins warm and immediately turn frigid cold without returning to warm/hot water. There was also no way to download Netflix however there was a Netflix channel option offered, but no way to sign in so we had to find something on cable. We also had to pay for movies on the TV. All in all, due to taking a cold shower, difficult check in using a digital kiosk, and not having Netflix , the value all in all was very low.

Liked: Wow, this place is really nice. Everything is brand new and the rooms feel like I’m staying in a New York City 5-star hotel! Love the colors and furniture. We especially enjoyed the ice cold white wine from the mini bar and the complimentary chocolates they put out in our room when we first arrived.
Disliked: Wish there was a full service restaurant inside but we found a great steak house right down the street

Liked: Clean, close to the highway.
Disliked: Breakfast was awful only prepackaged pastries, plain cheerios, swetened yogurt, and some fruit. No bread, no protein. No elevator which was ok since we packed light. We didn't get any housekeeping service on our one full day.

Liked: Convenient to get to where I needed to go. All expressway entrances are a quick left or right.
Disliked: The furniture in the room needs to be replaced as well as the shower curtain. Staff courtesy depended on race of the staff member. Key card is cut off before 11, take everything on the first trip or be left standing at the entrance with no response.

Liked: I liked the price and location
Disliked: With the exception of one or two front desk reception the majority of reception were not friendly and have little people skills and could use training and customer service

Disliked: Mold in shower crumbs on floor

Liked: Nothing fancy here, but everything a tired travellet could need. We could control our own heat. The mattress was amazing! The microwave was kitchen sized, and the room fridge was bigger than most hotel sized, keeping all things cold. Freezer not great.
Disliked: There was only one small office chair. It would have been nice to have a sitting chair.

Liked: Entire experience was ruined by the man working the front desk. Outwardly rude and argumentative. Treated my family poorly from the get go.
Disliked: Entire experience was poor do to the awful treatment from the front desk clerk.
