Liked: It was frustrating that when we booked I called to verify we would have our rooms attached because I booked two rooms. We had to wait 3 hours after check in for our second room to be ready since that wasn’t handled when I called. The staff argued with me and told me this wasn’t an option and I could just walk in the hall to the next room over from us. He eventually spoke to another staff who showed him on a room map that what I had requested was actually available despite him telling me you didn’t have any. We went out for dinner instead of waiting and didn’t get our keys for our second room until 9pm almost

Disliked: possibly my own miss, but I thought the room had room service but did not - but turned out okay as there was lots of options close by

Amazing location - great room...

Liked: the location is amazing the room itself was great, so cannot knock that.But I messaged the hotel to tell them regarding our stay prior. as I was proposing the next day and wanted to be in a room as high as possible for it and paid more for the privilege, we was then placed on the 3rd floor and I asked RE my request and was not offered a swap - all while the people checking in next to us were being offered upgrades for $20 dollars while we were offered nothing I had messaged the property twice regarding the fact I was proposing and wondered if they could do anything to support was asked to call but the number wasn’t working. Facilities are basic in the hotel but if you are staying for 1/2 nights it’s perfect.

Disliked: Room carpeting hadn't been vacuumed. Only had tiny bar of soap. No safe in room.
