Disgusting, vile, and unsafe. DO...

Disliked: Avoid this property at all costs. This is the absolute worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life. The location is AWFUL; the streets smell of urine and filth, there are homeless folks everywhere and the hotel is surrounded by abandoned, derelict buildings. The rooms are filthy and completely unliveable. We arrived ahead of check in time to drop our bags off. We were told check in is at 3 but we could leave our bags in the room. We were charged the full amount for the room without any formal check in procedure. I wouldn't have even known I was charged if my bank hadn't notified me.We entered the room and were completely disgusted with the state of the place. The bedding was filthy, covered in multiple different types of hair, what looked like blood stains, cigarette burns and God knows what else. There were no slips on the pillows. We lifted the bedspread to find all manner of hair, stains and other debris among the bedding. The microwave was filthy, covered in an unknown substance with graffiti all over. The fridge and freezer were worse, with old rotten food left behind within. The bathroom was so small we couldn't close the door to use it as our knees would stick out when seated on the toilet. The fan didn't work, there were splatters of unidentified liquids all over the walls and floors, the sockets were falling out of the walls, and the lock on the door was not study or secure at all. I would not have slept a wink in this place. Needless to say we did not stay and the manager only refunded us 50%. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL.

Liked: Nothing good about this place. It’s filthy. There’s stains on the beds walls floors and doors. Blood, burned marks and holes. I’m not even exaggerating when I say it looks like a horror set.
Disliked: This place should be shut down. It’s not safe or clean. I don’t even know how they are able to run. It’s definitely a health risk. Plus, the worst part is there is a community shower and bathroom. Gross. They did not want to refund me.

Disliked: Bed sheets were spotted and scuffed. The chair’s seat cover was filthy. The sink’s faucet base was loose and ready to come undone.

Exceptional

Will never go back.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly enough and helped us get the info we needed to get a full refund. That is literally the only aspect of this venture that was somewhat positive. I had nightmares about this place for 2 nights after my experience there.
Disliked: Walked in and immediately was assaulted by the strongest stench of stale cigarette smoke I've ever encountered in a hotel. There were holes all over the walls. There were no fitted sheets on the bed, just 2 loose, stained sheets under a old, stained comforter with holes in it. There were no towels or bathroom supplies at all. There wasn't even a trash can, just an old laundry detergent bucket with a trash liner. The windows had no screens on them. We didn't stay more than 5 minutes in that room. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I did not feel safe...

Liked: I didn’t like this booking. I felt unsafe and did not want to sleep on the bed. End up sleeping in my car because I didn’t want to catch bedbugs.
Disliked: I didn’t like how there was writing all over the room . On the mirrors and the headboard. The beds were dirty and the bed covers had holes in them did not look clean.
