Our stay was ok, and...

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: The main door to the room was broken. The lock was broken and the door would not close completely. When we notified the staff, we were told to be careful handling the door because it would not close all the way. The air conditioner was on in the room. We could not turn it off. Staff could not turn it off. I expected more from Oak Grove. This was our second time staying here. It was a birthday gift from our children. We enjoyed the casino, but will stay at another hotel if there is a next time.
