It was always pleasure to...

Liked: I like living condition . rooms , halls and reastorant are very clean , here is great smell and they have amazing staff, Thank u guys.
Disliked: there were not flip-flops for guests and it was a little uncomfortable.

Liked: Pet friendly
Disliked: The amount of money you need to pay for parking on the hotel territory. You pay 550 zl for the room, additionaly 60zl/per day for a pet (that was acceptable) but charging clients for parking 70 zl/per day, or 10zl/per hour (considering that this info was not mentioned on the website) that’s too much

Liked: neat, clean room.
Disliked: The only disadvantage - on the 10th floor with complete silence at night we could hear a background hum (as if the extractor was working hard). And next to the hotel a house is under construction - from early morning you can hear the sound of construction equipment

Liked: Wide choice on breakfast, good location
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel, and the receptionist informed us that there was an issue on the floor where our room was located. We had booked a room with a large bed for two people, but she assigned us a room with two separate beds instead. She was rude, and no one had informed us about the situation prior to our arrival. I believe this should have been communicated in advance, and the hotel should have offered something as an apology, such as a free dinner or another gesture. The same issue happened to the friends who came with us.
