Liked: Front desk staff, cozy room, close to Staples Center & downtown.
Disliked: Pillows; view from the room was a cinder block wall!:D

We were on the 5th floor 518. As soon as the elevator door opened we smelled humidity - I should've stayed at Motel 6 - it's cheaper and there is no humidity smell. Oh and parking is included too. Front desk was friendly but it didnt make up for the room.

Disliked: Cockcroaches in bathroom during the whole 8 day stay.Room too small for a mother and 20 year old son.We had a do not disturb sign on door and someone opened the door whilst we were both asleepNeeded a sign to indicate that the lights under the bed could be switched off

Liked: Bed was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly, hotel was overall very cute and quaint.
Disliked: Shower head leaking EVERYWHERE, sink clogged with hair and wouldn't drain, faucet squirting water in all directions, mini fridge not working, room very small, toiletrie pump dispensers all clogged, had to remove the pumps and try to hand squeeze out the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, breakfast was nothing more than tough bagels, some bananas and oranges, hard boiled eggs, and juice, nothing hot and comforting, only place to safely park was in a $30/night parking garage next door that was disgusting, unkempt, and the elevators smelled of urine. Neighborhood felt unsafe, but then again, it is downtown LA.

Liked: Good location that’s a bit less expensive for la live as an overnight stay. Easy cheap overnight parking next door
Disliked: Facilities are a bit dated and fitness centre has minimal equipment

Liked: Location to places we visited in DTLA (e.g. Grammy Museum, LA Live, LA Central Library). Breakfast was also a plus.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything.
