This hotel is great if...

Liked: Great location to trains, metro, trams. Good restaurant, extremely nice and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, and good size for short term stay. My view was to the central station and high floor so great views as well. The doormen were always greeting us with a big smile and helping with the luggage. The front desk staff was welcoming and courteous, just very positive experience all around.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything.

Very nice experience

Liked: The NYX hotel experience exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasant stay, in a large and clean room ( cleaning service available every day). We enjoyed the really hot showers in the evening, when we were coming back tired, after a whole day walk tour. We had water, coffee and tea in the room, at our disposal. The hotel is near the Milano Central Station and it has a quick connection with the city center, due to direct metro line M3. We also walked by foot - approximately 43 minutes to the Dome.
Disliked: There were no negative aspects related to our stay at NYX. We appreciate the friendly staff who made us enjoy our stay.Still, there is a piece of information for those who will use the triple room - the third bed is not very comfortable - it may be good for a kid, but not for an adult, it was really rigid.
