quiet room, and fabulous dinners

Liked: the restaurant had excellent food / ate there 2x for dinner
Disliked: the staff, I asked them to mail a small item, that I would pay for that a friend forgot, and they were not helpful at all... they said they don't do that.... yet if I had forgotten something like a phone charger or cable i'd hope they'd mail it to me, so i'm sure they could have helped.

Great location in Bilbao old...

Liked: Location is perfect, right in the old town. We were facing the river and could see the fireworks on New year's eve which was fantastic.Hotel itself is quite stylish and rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: There was some miscommunication on the breakfast availibility, to be fair in the end we could get breakfast so it was handled well.

Great hotel in unbeatable location

Liked: The location is unbeatable, the room was comfortable with amazing views. We enjoyed the breakfast, the bar has a good range and is very well priced and staff were very friendly

Very good

Liked: It was very clean and modern,bedrooms are great,very comfy beds and great facilities.
Disliked: We didn't like the breakfast,not enough choice,hot scrambled eggs and beans were cold and people were using one serving spoon for both which didn't look very nice,choice of cakes and pastries were good
