Liked: Unique decor and design. I love the history of the building and how parts were preserved.
Disliked: This is my 3rd time staying here and the person checking me in at the desk is never friendly. It surprises me in the service industry. Each time I have approached the desk with enthusiasm, at the start of my trip, I was greeted with indifference and a lack of warmth or welcome. The experience at the desk takes away from the overall satisfaction .

Liked: Great example of repurposing a historic building and employing industrial chic aesthetics with references to former use. Excellent facilities, quality furnishings.
Disliked: Seemed a bit remote. No double rooms (two queens) facing the river view. Very loud ductless heat pump unit.

Disliked: The location is pretty "empty", room is not really user-friendly, especially bathroom, extra charge for a big parking lot is not necessary, breakfast policy is not clear (site says you pay $14 for breakfast, but it is a la carte)
