Fine for a night.

Liked: Convenient we were attending a wedding there.
Disliked: Lack of full closed bathroom and could not adjust the thermostat.

WORST SERVICE EVER

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: We had our reservation confirmed under confirmation 3118382277. When we showed up to NYLO, we were turned away for overbooking. We were told our only option would be to pay an additional $300 for another room. THIS WAS OUR WEDDING NIGHT.We were left stranded sitting outside of your hotel in the middle of the night ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT because the nylo staff could not accommodate us when we ALREADY HAD A RESERVATION. The front desk staff should have given us the available room at NO EXTRA CHARGE to make up for this. Because we had ubered there, we had no transportation and no ubers were able to pick us up for over two hours in the middle of the night.

Disliked: The a/c was not working properly at night. My kids and I woke up sweaty and no soap when we got up to shower. The cost of 4 snacks items being $18 is ridiculous
