Liked: Big parking lot
Disliked: Once we arrived to the room and we realised we were give two small single beds we called reception and they told us on the phone that they supposedly don't have any queen or king beds in the whole hotel. There was only one pillow per bed, very small and square shaped

Superb

So much promise, let down...

Liked: On arriving the parking was easy to locate and there were lots of spaces. The grounds were well maintained and the staff were friendly. The location by the coast was lovely, this is also the view from the breakfast room which is very nice.
Disliked: Our room was disappointing due to a few basic problems; hairs in the bed, sofa bed not made up, empty soap and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom. We arrived late so worked around it rather than calling for house keeping. The view from the breakfast room was lovely over the coast, although the selection of food and drink was rather disappointing (a lack of fresh fruits, espresso based coffees, etc.).

very professionel and a good...

Liked: the staff was beyond helpfull and provided excellent service. We had a medical issues and the staff was trying their outmost to help both during and after. very professionel, yet caring.
Disliked: there is some disconnect between main entrance and the long walk to the reception.

Liked: We loved the spa, pool and ice cold pool

Stressful inconsiderate of the traveller...

Liked: The receptionist Matilda was extremely arrogant. And provided no assistance with regards luggage from car as disabled . The room was miles away with stairs! In a modern hotel!The pool was a trek through the hotel foyer with no real guidance from reception where it was. We were left in the spa with our towels no one supervised the area at all The lock on the locker jammed so waited ten minutes for staff to attend who could not assist eventually at 11 pm someone arrived and cracked the lock.Back to room track through reception and the hotel to a lift and conference in swim wear!A twin room when asked for two singles The twin beds were so close it could have been a double!Bathroom okay but for curtain Breakfast was ok but for another guest taking our table moving our things whilst getting coffee!It was a chaotic experience stressfulThe pool in fact looks large it’s not it’s small with a vast ceiling The ice pool is exceptional The saunas and steam rooms are great But as I say the reception is unacceptable after a full days travel. It’s not what one looks for - spoilt the day
Disliked: The receptionist see above And the walk through the foyer and reception conference crowd to the pool spa No phones in room

Very dissapointed

Liked: The only thing that was good as always was the SPA.
Disliked: The staff were very unpleasant, conference guests a guess were more important than the regular guests.The room was full of dust and dirt.Not possible to take the shower as the water is not running properly, and from normal get's to scalding hot, so be careful!Very sad as the last time we were there it was all perfect.It felt as we were not wanted at the hotel because they were almost fully booked.Check out at 10:30 is a nonsense for a leisure guest.Coffee at breakfast should be tasted by the maker before it's been put out, many people left it as it was undrinkable. Stay away from room 308

Not worth the money

Liked: I like the location of the hotel, a view to the sea and the bridge if you pay extra to get the room with a Seaview.
Disliked: The building is old and not good facilities. The beds are not comfortable and the rooms are so small. It isn't worth the price.
