A relaxing and enjoyable time...

Liked: We came for a function which was done beautifully. In particular the staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.The breakfast was good; lots of choice and lovely staff again.We did not use the spa facilities.
Disliked: The hotel is difficult to navigate. We thought our room was on the first floor but it was along corridors and up stairs that made it difficult to find. Fortunately a member of staff guided us there and ensured we knew our way back to the function suite. Better signage and an easier follow 'map' would have helped.

Liked: Everything was really fine (staff, reception rooms, location) except the fact that we were given a room which had been painted the week before and the residual odour really triggered my asthma. It was too late when we returned to the room in the evening for me to request a room change so perhaps my own fault. Unfortunately it led to a really uncomfortable night. To be fair Reception told me that they would have changed my room had they known.
Disliked: Strong freshly painted residual smell. Layout of room a little awkward but very clean. Reception staff very pleasant.

Liked: Service was so good with a wonderful warm and friendly atmosphere from all of the staff. Comfortable quiet room too.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

Ok not great , could...

Liked: Location worked for us as I flew in late to Gatwick and we had to drive to le shuttle the next morning.
Disliked: Room was a bit old , and seems stuck in the late 80’s, tiny bathroom.Lady at breakfast meant well but wouldn’t leave us alone and after such little sleep I wasn’t up for too much listening never mind talking. The breakfast was lovely though and the hotel was fine but nothing great for what we paid

Liked: There was everything you could need not matter what your preference. We chose a light breakfast as we were having a body massage after and did want to disgrace ourselves
Disliked: Everything was to our liking.
