Absolutely Gorgeous and Staff went...

Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel, great food, stunning views, but what impressed us the most is how welcoming, friendly and accommodating the staff were! We loved our stay! They went out of the way to make it special (it was a birthday weekend away) and honestly could not rate them more highly. Bravo!

Peaceful and needed

Liked: Historical interest, cosy atmosphere, restaurant food.
Disliked: The manner in which the management dealt with a serious incident was unprofessional and lacking empathy. The room allocated was not very accessible, was dingy and uninspiring - needs an upgrade.
