Liked: The property is near to the bus & train station and going to the left if the grand canal which is just 2 mins away. So far we like our stay and there’s free teas and snacks at the reception, so it’s really helpful. We have the connecting room and we are glad we have a private bathroom for us.

Liked: The rooms were much more comfortable than we expected from a 2 star hotel. We had two connecting rooms which is perfect for a family with teenage kids and not easy to find. I appreciated the fact that there were lots of pillows and even little biscuits on the bed. The breakfast was excellent, better than I’ve had in some 5 star hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet considering we were right in the centre of Trieste.
Disliked: Parking is a nightmare, but this is a city issue and nothing to do with the hotel. Trieste is squashed between hills and the sea, so there just isn’t the space. The hotel did give us plenty of information about parking though.

Liked: Great location, convenient for the train station, the main sights, and lots of good restaurants. Clean comfortable room with a good breakfast and friendly staff.
