Liked: The decor was beautiful and very unique. The location in Kensington was terrific, very near a tube station and a short walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Disliked: My room was in the attic and tiny and it was hard to get into the bathroom if the robe was on the back of the door. It felt slightly claustrophobic and felt like you'd have no chance of escape in a fire.

I would rather have one...

Liked: Stylish and efficient. Splendid Reception staff and service, very helpful and permitted drop off of luggage in the morning. Exciting and inspiring decor.
Disliked: the hotel might like to consider groups of staff gathering and talking/ joking in the lounge where the drinks are made. It conveys the impression of over staffing and poor professionalism.
