Liked: The value. The room was cheap, though the hotel amenities fee was more than the cost of room.
Disliked: None of us could take hot showers. When asked they told us it’s because we were high up and water was in high demand at that time, though occupancy was low during our stay. Each bed had 2 pillows which is a bit weird for a hotel bed.

Disliked: The check in clerk…She couldn’t even see the computer screen with out her face almost touching the screen. Was not helpful at all. I booked for 2 rooms for 3 nights. Clerk said I only had one room and only booked for 2 nights. So I ended up paying. $300 per night for the last night. Unfortunately I had no choice but to pay it due to the fact I couldn’t leave a day early due to my mother passing.

Great Winter Airport Option for...

Liked: The included parking and airport shuttle.
Disliked: I nearly missed the empty shuttle. There were two near the lobby doors and I didn’t see the other. Thankfully, a worker from the hotel pointed to the other just in time. It would have been disastrous for my flight had I missed it. I was 10 min early and assumed the driver was taking a break. There were other tall vehicles blocking sight of the airport shuttle. Also, the WiFi did not work. I don’t like the smoke of the casino walking to my room.
