Liked: The location that I can reach the beaches easily and it's easy to come by car. Friendly neighbours:). The parking spot is nice, it was just right in front of my room
Disliked: the gate for the car is working funny. The navigation via the resort is a bit confusing for the first time:)some ppl doesn't follow the road signs:(

Disliked: We arrived at the check in to be served by a non-welcoming receptionist. She was not friendly at all, if anything she was upset and hostile. We did not ask any questions as we understood she was not out to give information easily, the only question we asked since we had arrived with a taxi and had luggage, while looking at the map she highlighted the track all the way around to get to our cabin, and since we did not have a car we asked if we could have cut through by walking so could make our life easier in walking and dragging the luggage for a shorter distance..... very annoyed and abrupt she said : No there is no cut through. So we followed the instruction and walked all the way around pulling the luggage for a long distance, to later find out we could have easily cut through and avoid going all round the car park like we were driving a car!Second interaction the day after, my wife passed by the reception to ask if they had a safety pin or a clip, (to her disbelieve the same receptionist was there) and very quickly she dismissed my wife saying they did not have anything (very hard to believe it)......... without looking or trying to assist. and also not friendly at all.These two interactions of poor customer service, are enough for me to be turned off from this location, to not recommend to any of my peers, and to write a bad review of inexistent customer service on most of the platforms I can. This review is coming from someone who worked in hospitality/customer service for 15 years.
