Great stay with kids would...

Liked: Great water play and location, loved the wildlife
Disliked: Lighting was led, bright and uncomfortable, would like lamps or something warmer. Mattress was terrible the bunks were much better

Nice weekend away

Liked: The location is amazing and the unit has all that is needed with so much to do for the kids. The beach is on the front door and everything is easy to find.
Disliked: The unit was pretty small (but ok for a weekend) and the price is high compared with other units in the area.

Liked: The location is fantastic, right next to the beach and with pools for the kids to enjoy too.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the splash pool was closed during the week whilst we were staying. Not for maintenance or anything like that, which would have been more understandable, just that they only turned it on over the weekends. My little one would have really enjoyed it and didn’t have the chance

Liked: Location Location Location!! Absolutely stunning location cannot ask for a better spot. I booked and paid for 2 Palm Cottages and they were fantastic except the air conditioner didn’t make it to the bedrooms which the kids bunk room was a sweat box thats the only thing my 6 kids could complain about. Bathrooms had cracked and worn out tiles and the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor and 2 of us slipped over when walking into the bathroom and hurt our hips and knees so not happy!! We advised house keeping that morning what happened they gave us extra towels to put on the floor and got the maintenance guy to see us who promised a plumber to come look at the shower screen the next day and he didn’t show up over the next 2 days. I paid over $3200 for the cottages for 5 nights so i expect especially from slipping over they would have addressed the shower screen etc the empathy from staff after checking out was good but during the stay not so good. We have family stay there every year in November but this was personally my first time and we are now probably just going with an air bnb!!! The parks location and facilities are fantastic and sonwas our stay apart from the above.
Disliked: Bathrooms worn and very tired lacking maintenance
