Excellent medium range hotel

Liked: We thought this hotel had a nice atmosphere and good facilities. The staff were very helpful with our extra requests. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The location is not in the centre of town but it’s fine if you have a car, and there is plenty of parking.
Disliked: Nothing really. There was a bit of a glitch with the booking system which meant I got a surprise, but this was addressed adequately.

Disliked: We asked for room service for tea and sandwiches and they took the order and then called us to confirm. they then call to say they had started the dinner and could not do the order. For a hotel it was only basic ham/salad sandwiches.
