Room for improvement - next...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Staff seemed a little short tempered or annoyed, but maybe because I was talking in English.It seemed a big challenge when I needed to extend my stay for one night on Booking.com and I contacted the hotel directly but they said I just have to make a separate booking. When I explained this on my arrival I still needed to perform the check in process twice which was inconvenient. But at least they didn't make me change rooms.The room was cold when I arrived late in the evening and in the morning I found the central heating could only be changed by the radiator which was set to almost off. It took a day to warm up the room after setting the radiator on max.The led desk light was continuously flickering, without it half the room was in darkness due to the other lamp positions. This didn't really bother me as I only slept in the room.

Disappointing stay

Disliked: Bathroom was too small, bathroom door was broken. They didn’t provide slippers and when we asked many times, the response was negative. We mentioned that during check out, they said they would provide but we were checking out now. I am not if they were mocking us. They don’t provide complementary water either

Liked: Great room and location! Reception staff were fantastic.
Disliked: The breakfast was only okay, and the early-morning wait staff were sometimes unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the bar was closed when I stayed, and with no onsite restaurant or in-room catering, refreshments was hard to come by.

Liked: It was very nice and the area is really good.
Disliked: The remote control for tv was not working. Wi-fi was also not working at all.
