Liked: Very well locate in Dortmund close to the city center, theater and main city attractions. Parking place was very easy to access and use. The rooms were very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but for the price it could be better. Additionally there should be more persons in the staff or with better attention to important basic features such as availability of dishes, beverages and other items running out.

Liked: Bed was really comfy, pillows weren't great. The location was great, close to the U-bahn, and the HBF. A good choice of food nearby, a couple supermarkets and the main shops area has lots to offer.
Disliked: The room didn't have a fridge.

Liked: This accomodation is one of the best hotel experiences I had, and I do travel a lot, From 1 to 10 I give it a 12, without a doubt. Really can't and won't hide my delight by the way they made me feel welcomed as a guest. Hotel is almost at the very center of the city and not far away from all city atractions and main train station.Accomadation is organized with a lot of taste and everything is functional and enjoyable. Every single detail (and there are so many of them) expressed their seriousness, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decorations of room, bathroom, stairs, to small details regarding equipment and organization. It is simply impossible not to be grateful for efforts they make and commitment they express. Bed is super comfy. I booked this accomodation knowing very few informations about it but now, I want to say huge thank you to them. Whenever I get the chance I'll return in this beautiful place.

Liked: Staff great and hotel lovely Only one thing the 3rd bed was not made up and we had to ask for the bed stuff and make the third bed up ourselves.

Liked: The heat was turned on and no possibility to stop. Slept with window open. Excellent breakfast, good location. Very comfortable room and facilities. High recommended.

Liked: I book a number with the help of booking,,but as i reached the hotel, in my room were other people , it seems the gave my number to another person and i had to find another hotel, at night time and very tired after the flight
