Very bad experience never book...

Liked: Location and hotel is clean but the experience i faced from the staff and hotel is very bad as they are not informing well , as per the booking break fast was free but they charged me at the time of check out by saying that break fast is not free ,and they are saying they receive an email from booking.com , even if they have an email they could have inform. And they normal hotel are informing at the time of break fast atleast but i felt like they purposefully not informing and the staff just blamed the colleagues which is still thier hotel mistakes
