Disliked: We had a double room which was adequate, however the bed was a very small double pushed against the wall.Been coming here twice a year for past 10 years the little extras are no longer there like fresh water in the lobby with fruit.Check in staff looking scruffy, hotel looking a tired and dated.Our friends were not able to make a late check in , the staff member said the computer wasn't working .They had to travel home at Great expense in the early hours. Staff member was quite rude and unhelpful.

Liked: The beds are not comfortable at all. The cleaning was not good, and the bathroom smelled like sewage Cleaning staff come every day to through bin and they never brush bathroom, toilet and never do vacuum Rooms have no landline phone to even communicate with the front desk if you have questions or need anything
