Disappointing

Liked: In the second room, we got 217,good lighting with beautiful views of train station and key pass is working thank God
Disliked: The first room gave us 305. Horrible like Horrible door was already open.no lights,dark room,with no key pass working and horrible bathroom with dirty smell.

Liked: The location is excellent, and the customer service is also outstanding.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit old.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel smelt of sewage in the lobby area and there was drilling both days of our stay which woke us up at half 8. Hotel staff just apologised and did nothing to amend this.

Very good

Liked: A really big room and a big bathroom for one person, next to the metro station and bus stop, so you can move easily around the city. Helpful receptionists and 24h open so you can ask anything you need.
Disliked: There was a bad smell on the corridor and the Wi-Fi was really bad at the room.

Nice place for few days

Liked: Perfect location, nearby bus and train station, metro. Staff was good, breakfest too. You can also use the kettle by paying a deposit. The luggage room is available too. The hotel is fully consistent with the money paid
Disliked: The room was cool, the first night the radiator worked when I turned it on to the maximum setting of 5, the next day and night it didn’t work, I don’t know what caused this, is it heat saving?This may be because my room was on the first floor, the upper floors should be warmer.

Disliked: Smell at the reception and the hallways. Luckily the room smelled neutral.Size of the bathroom was really too small.
