Disliked: My partner and I arrived at the hotel at the agreed time, only to be told that everything was fully booked. That means the room we had reserved and paid for through Booking.com was given to someone else! This is an extremely unprofessional way to treat a customer. In the end, they found us another hotel, but overall, it was way too much stress for the start of our trip!

Liked: The room was big and comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect with bus stops right outside and just across the road. The metro is right across the road but the station was closed unfortunately however there is another one just down the street which is perfect for getting to the city centre and Uber Arena if you’re going to a gig.Room was clean but there was marks on the walls and radiators. Some of the light switches didn’t work either.Hallways were very dirty with flat pack boxes laid outside of most rooms on our floor and pictures left on the floor outside each room too.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location very good.
Disliked: The room was clean enough not to complain, but there was dust on the lamps, the room was too warm and the paint behind the towel rail needs painted. Also there were refurbishing parts of the building and packaging was left in the hallway. A tall thing box (perhaps an internal door?) Was propped up against the wall by our room the entire stay. Not safe with small children around.
