Liked: The management of Hotel Aldea Berlin withdrew 1000 Euros from my credit card as a result of a claim of damage to the room, knowing that I did not cause the room to be flooded with water. I asked to inquire on what basis the amount is calculated and they kicked me out of the room despite withdrawing the reservation amount from the credit card. I hope you contact them to return the amount. Also, after I was expelled from the hotel, I went to the Hotel City B Berlin across the street without knowing that it belongs to the same Novum Group that owns the Hotel Aldea. The receptionist claimed that there was no reservation despite me showing him the reservation on the application. I was forced to cancel the reservation and unfortunately I noticed a deduction of 72 Euros. This is bad management and a place that does not deserve respect. I hope that the amounts that were withdrawn from me will be returned. Thank you.@booking
