Liked: It was clean. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bar at the reception area was crowded and noisy. Didn’t give a pleasant vibe to enter to the people enjoying their drinks and we are with our bags.

Disliked: The aircon caused nosebleeding..Room very small for 4 people. We had to dress from the bags as there were no cupboards. Only cloak rail.

Not bad, but not pleasant...

Liked: First of all paying every day for parking is not ok from my point of view, the swimming pool was all a joke! It was a funny pool for kids play not for adults to swim. Also, next to the parking lot?!? Not pleasant at all. The room also was too small, even for one person, let alone giving that to 3 adults! Coffee set was a mess! We had three sachet for coffee but two sugar, one milk!! The bathroom was too small as well that when you shower, the water easily come out to other places so if you discuss the scene, it is not a good place for you! Breakfast is also a mess! Things finished even though we went there at 9:30. staffs at the restaurant was confuse and stressful. Others were good.The rest was ok. I didn’t hate the place but i will not recommend that either!

Liked: All amenities provided in the room are good, Hotel location was very close to tram station and bus stand, if you are using Swiss pass the location is best. Breakfast buffet had good options. Front office staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Room size was smaller for family of 4
