Passable

Liked: Tram is accessible right after you go out of the hotel.
Disliked: Ongoing renovation. Space of room is too tight.

Good option for a family...

Liked: We just needed a place where to stay while visiting some friends in Zurich. We traveled with two small children, which always makes it hard to find a room to accommodate all of us. This worked very well here. (of course, for four people the space was not enough, but not plenty)
Disliked: That the parking, although almost empty, was not free was a bit annoying.
