Stayed overnight for one night. Booking was trouble free; hotel is close to the train station; friendly reception staff; comfortable room and adequate breakfast.

Liked: The bed. The lady who checked out was very nice and knew about the customer and was very pleasant I did ask her name , but I can't remember. I like the choices of breakfast and the evening chilling in the lounge was nice and friendly.
Disliked: On Our arrival the staff , x3 didn't even greet us, they all stood, talking with each other , customers services are very important to greet your services. I also didn't like the shower, it was broken ,the room was cold during the night. Not enough towels for two people.

Liked: Great place near the station and near shops and restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and lovely towards myself and partner and are dog.The pillows were very hard, the carpet a bit dirty and side boards had not been dusted down
