Great stay in lovely Vienna...

Liked: Good location. Minutes away from metro and 10-15 minutes walking to city centre.Good room and very clean. Very good hotel, I was very happy with my family with our choice.Friendly staff. Mohammed at check in was really helpful providing information about the city (was our first time in Vienna) and where to park the car
Disliked: I was a bit surprised I was asked to pay 39Euro for late check out (2 pm instead of 12) but it looks this is the common practice around here

Liked: We appreciated the gesture of reception staff, Eugenia from Ioannina and Darius to upgrade our room to a better and bigger one as we were family with two kids.
