Liked: We appreciated the gesture of reception staff, Eugenia from Ioannina and Darius to upgrade our room to a better and bigger one as we were family with two kids.

Definitely coming back!

Liked: We will totally choose Novotel Wien City for our next trip!Pros: location, pricing, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, big corner room with a lot of natural light, free guided tour on Saturdays.
Disliked: Cons: the matress was a bit old and you tend to roll in the middle of the bed as it sinks, but this wasn't a major turn off.

Liked: Very clean, great location next to tram, underground, restaurants etc
Disliked: I didn’t like that my toilet seat was separate from shower room.

Loved the location, it made...

Liked: Location was excellent. Their willingness to accommodate our requests and help us find solutions. Jacob at reception was a life saver helping us with an early checkin.
Disliked: Food at restaurant for dinner was not up to our expectations. But the staff in the restaurant was exceptional.
