The Novotel Wien City is a modern 4-star hotel in the center of Vienna overlooking the Ringstraße Boulevard. It offers free WiFi.St. Stephen's Cathedral is just 1640 feet away. The spacious air-conditioned rooms provide a flat-screen TV a mini-bar and tea and coffee-making facilities. Austrian and international dishes are served at the modern restaurant. The rich breakfast buffet is served until 11:30 on weekends and public holidays. Guests benefit from a 24-hour front desk. On Sundays check-out is possible until 17:00 subject to availability. A private parking garage is available for an extra charge. A good visit

Liked: Overall a very good hotel. I would like to flag that the staff member we dealt with when checking in (Monday 6th January at around 2pm; 20s, she had long black hair) was exceptionally friendly and helpful - a big thank you to her! She is a good example of someone going 'above and beyond'.

Worst Novotel ever

Liked: Location is good. Not far from the main sightseeings.
Disliked: The room was dirty and not cleaned properly. When we arrived, we found a hair on the bathroom wall, and it stayed there for all four days of our stay. The shower drain was clogged, making it unpleasant to use. The room lacked basic amenities—not even slippers, let alone a vanity set. The hotel claims to be “green,” but it just felt dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture was old, and the carpet was filthy. We left clothes for washing and ironing, but they weren’t ironed or returned—we had loom for them ourselves. Very disappointing—easily the worst Novotel we’ve stayed at.
