Liked: Location is excellent, beds are extremely comfortable
Disliked: The hotel is very dated, needs a te-vamp

Very good

Liked: Our room was ready for us when we arrived. Beds were clean, we had nice hot shower in the night. Property is Easily accessible, very close to the main attractions like cable car, Parliament House and Cuba street. We loved our stay at Novotel.
