Liked: The check-in process was relatively simple and the reception staff were very nice. Bedding was comfortable and room was generally clean.
Disliked: Firstly, there is only one luggage trolley available which isn't ideal for more than an overnight bag each.Secondly, the air-con in our room did not function. It was 38 to 40 degrees, so very uncomfortable in a closed room. No maintenance people arrived until my wife complained after the wedding we attended on site at around 11PM. One of the reception staff came down and flicked a switch in a board and got it working. 3 other rooms of the guests from the wedding also had the same issue.Thirdly - There is no complimentary water available. the minibar was full of typically over priced soft drinks and alcohol but the only water was available at the cafes or reception for purchase.Overall, the stay was poor. We had stayed many years ago and it was very dated then. Not much has changed.

Liked: First time we been, it was fantastic, hotel great, staff great, room awesome, breakfast was superb,we even had kangaroos come to see us,your staff recommended places so we went. Great day and night, it was my wife’s birthday and she loved every minute.
Disliked: Two things only1. Wasn’t keen on your entertainer, drinking and swearing not for me. But that’s my choice.2. Being charged $36 for using the drink fridge in bedroom. As we didn’t use it. Was re.imburst after I complained when I got home.

Liked: Lovely view of the golf course, spacious apartment. Close encounter with the kangaroos in the evening made a special experience for our guests from UK.
Disliked: No complimentary water in rooms, red back spider in the bathroom and bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Ammonia/urine smell around swimming pool.
