Good value for money and...

Liked: I got what I expected which is what I like when staying at Novotel. Nice comfort food at the restaurant. Also enjoyed the electric chargers as my car is 100% electric.

Disliked: There wasnt much options for food for breakfast and the look of the hotel on the outside isnt so great.

Disliked: Bedrooms could do with being updated. However, the beds were extremely comfortable.

Liked: The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We booked last minute when dealing with an emergency that derailed our travel plans, and we had to alter our reservation. They were helpful, understanding, and compassionate.
Disliked: The only issue is that the elevator is quite small.
