Nice location and polite and...

Liked: We had a spacious room with the garden view. Very polite staff who has accommodated our requests. Many thanks.
Disliked: The room was quite dark in the evening and would benefit from additional lights.It was cold without the air conditioning but too noisy to sleep when it was on.

Great stay! Easy and straightforward...

Liked: Super nice and helpful staff. No fuss pet policy - everything was clear and straightforward. I stayed with my two medium sized dogs and everything went perfectly. Right next to a very nice park.

Superb

Liked: Great location on the edge of the Japanese gardens. Easy access too/from airport shuttle bus stop although uber similar price.Staff are friendly and helpful.2 x choice of breakfast 9 or 19 euroDefinitely recommend and have been twice this year.
Disliked: The built in hairdryer in the bathrooms is poor for ladies who have long hair.(Ask reception or the cleaning staff, we were able to source a proper one to use
