Liked: Radka provided the most awesome customer service, went above and beyond to ensure everything was excellent. Happy to hear pool is now opened but did not prepare for this so did not use on this stay. The restaurant stay are also exceptional.
Disliked: The safe door that hits the room door when you open it, Very small fridge but made it work

Liked: Staff was very accommodating to allow late check-out on final day
Disliked: The room safe did not work and despite advising front desk staff of the issue, it was never fixed. I didn’t like not being able to store valuables in my room.

Disliked: The parking was not attached to hotel but I hugh public garage, was a like scary walking alone and then out to a public place to get into hotel!
