Liked: Food and service were great. Staff always willing to assist.

Disliked: Booking.com and the hotel wouldn’t give me a proper invoice for my stay. Just because of how hard it is to get what I ask, I will never book there nor through booking.com

Disliked: After I changed my payment card, the staff was unable to process the refund on the spot. They couldn’t identify the error the next day or even on the final day, resulting in a failure to complete the refund. Additionally, the person in charge promised to call me, but it’s been several days and I’ve still received no contact. This has been the worst experience, and I’ve wasted my time for nothing. I demand an immediate apology and for you to process the refund for the payment that still hasn’t been handled. The amount for the second payment is still in your possession.
