Disliked: After I changed my payment card, the staff was unable to process the refund on the spot. They couldn’t identify the error the next day or even on the final day, resulting in a failure to complete the refund. Additionally, the person in charge promised to call me, but it’s been several days and I’ve still received no contact. This has been the worst experience, and I’ve wasted my time for nothing. I demand an immediate apology and for you to process the refund for the payment that still hasn’t been handled. The amount for the second payment is still in your possession.

Liked: Location was great, clean rooms, friendly staff
Disliked: No mirror in the room accept for the bathroom, when I had the do not disturb sign on indicating no house keeping the kept slipping a paper letting me know the housekeeping was available until 3pm, just one paper was necessary.
