Under whelming.

Liked: the breakfast
Disliked: Missing amentities that are expectations of a hotel like Novotel. Had no robe, no slippers, no coffee machine, no water. Room was too dark. Shower was old and weak.

Disliked: Nothing, we only have high praise.

Liked: The bar restaurant is bright and well positioned . The staff were excellent
Disliked: Room was tired. Air conditioning was like a plane landing in the room couldn’t turn it off !

Great staff, clean rooms, great...

Liked: I liked the accessibility and location, the check in and out staff were incredible. The bar is lovely. Feels welcoming and comfortable. Great views of the harbour.
Disliked: The only fault I found at our stay was the cost of overnight parking at $65 per night. However the staff were accomodating in allowing us to leave our car there past checkout time.
