Exceptional

Liked: From our check in with Karen who was fabulous organising our early check in and upgrade to Eddy coming to review our non functioning air conditioning to our 2nd upgrade to the executive suite on the 10th floor. Food was great at the Ternary Restaurant on-site and all the staff were friendly and prompt in their service. This all contributed to a fantastic 3 best friend's of 44 years catch up and to see the amazing MJ the musical.
Disliked: The very hot weather but our upgrade to a working air conditioned room with amazing views made up for the hot room.

Liked: I liked that when we had a problem with the tv someone came straight away and tried to fix it. Staff were all friendly and nice to deal with. The location for us was good as we attended a 2 day event at the ICC
Disliked: It's a shame there is building works going on in the harbour in front of the novotel as it blocked the nice views.
