Liked: Location was great. Close to Accor stadium & public transport.
Disliked: Felt that it was more 3 star than 4. Bed was very uncomfortable. the mattress kept moving, and we had to use shoes to try to lock it in place. Pillows were disgraceful, old and lumpy. Bathroom looked dirty, dark spots in the bath & mould on the ceiling, floor looked grubby. No complimentary toiletries (no shower cap etc) as you would expect for a 4 star and for the price charged.

Great place to stay if...

Liked: Location was great as we were seeing a show in the Olympic Park, plus Cold Rock is right next door
Disliked: Couldn't pre book parking (but luckily we got a parking spot)

Disliked: Room service trays weren’t collected very frequently and built up in corridor

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is close to restaurants, train station and stadiums.
Disliked: Given the substantial amount of money I spent on a room for one night, I expected far better in terms of service. I have cancer and asked for a shower chair which they said they could provide but unfortunately it was never delivered to my room so I couldn't even shower. In addition, my sleep was disturbed throughout the night and early morning by people slamming their room doors. Lastly, when I called Reception to inquire about a later checkout, I was informed that it would cost an additional $20 per hour for an extension. I will not be staying here again.
