Disliked: They don't show you that not all rooms are renovated. The photos are only of the renovated rooms, which are close to $ 1000 per night. Cleanliness is poor.

Disappointing hotel in a good...

Liked: Good location in Manly and right by the beach
Disliked: Our aircon didn’t work properly. Our view was a brick wall so there was no light. Our room was by the washing rooms and the lift was far away from the other lifts so a pain to get around and loud. Parking was $50 a night which seemed expensive on top of the room cost. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Liked: The location is the ONLY plus point with this hotel
Disliked: The service was very very poor! The hotel is dated and not clean! The staff is not trained for their posts and do not understand English very well. The pool is small, dirty and the extractor fans from the kitchen is right next to it, making it impossible to hear each other and not smelling like chip fat. They also got my booking invoice wrong and overcharged my credit card by $5000. It took an effort to get that back. The manager at the time was unhelpful and just useless.
