Liked: My booking was not in the system when we arrived. The balcony room I selected (confirmed through booking.com) was not available the first night. I was offered a “1 bedroom suite” for the first night and was told I could stay there for the 3 nights of my booking. It was made out to be an upgrade. However, this room was far from a suite. It was 2 small standard rooms with an adjoining door which had to be propped open with my suitcase, it couldn’t stay open on its own. Fortunately, I was able to be moved to the room I originally requested, the balcony room, for nights 2 and 3. I spent a good chunk of my trip trying to sort out the room situation. Overall a terrible experience.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room is questionable when we found a sanitary pad under the bed . We were both disgusted to notice it when sitting on the chair beside the bed

Liked: We have stayed here before so it was an easy choice to book again. Close to Barangaroo and with lots of food and supermarkets close by.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: Overly pricey for what we received. Breakfast was average.

Liked: Well situated. Close to the Rocks, Sydney Opera House, lots of restaurants. A train station walking distance.
