Disliked: Room was dirty and shower was mouldy and flooded the bathroom every shower and was also small, you don't get a view of anything, most of the self check in was unavailable, staff served two other people behind me before serving me to check in. Up to 16 Rubbish bags and dirty linen bags up the hall was on arrival, also only two towels in the bathroom for a family of 4, room was dirty upon arrival, tv wouldn't work on arrival car park was extremely small hard to park any car in that car park very poorly thought out

Great location, comfortable rooms, messy...

Liked: Perfect location for the city centre, confortable bed, nice bathroom.
Disliked: The breakfast is messy and definitely not well-thought for such a big hotel. It does not make sense to have to line up at length to find a table, and it does not make sense to have an only coffee machine and an only toaster, so again multiple lines. For such an hotel, and such prices, it is unacceptable.
