Not bad, would consider staying...

Liked: Property is in a perfect location, close to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had an amazing beach view. Our room was connected with another room which i didn’t quite like and one of the lovely staff members upgraded us to a different room.
Disliked: The aircon wasn’t working as well as the phone to contact reception.

Disliked: overall building was outdated interior and exteriorthe breakfast buffet was lackluster and poor quality, room buffet was in was dirty and unpresentable had a cord hanging in where the view was from the roof swaying from side to side 5 doors for lifts but only 1 ever seemed to work, something needs to be done there as wait times go up to 15 or so minutes just to go up or down the building, fiancée and I gave up after a 15 minute wait and took the fire exit stairs which led us out to the side of the building, heaven forbid we were on any higher floorsaircon barely worked

Extremely convenient location with nice...

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs being so close to the Bruce Bishop carpark and the tram station. The pool was nice and a short walk to the beach was handy. The beds were comfortable and staff were pleasant. Views were nice.
Disliked: The check-in wait time was extremely long, we waited half an hour in the line just to check in. Also one of the lifts were out of service so wait times to get up and down from the room was quite long. I didn’t like that the shower water temperature was really difficult to get at a comfortable warmth as the hot was scalding but the cold tap didn’t turn much making it a process to get the temperature nice. The Slingshot ride was directly opposite and whilst it was fun to watch, you could hear people screaming even with the door closed which I wasn’t expecting.

Liked: The location
Disliked: - elevators take WAY too long- ocean view WAS NOT OCEAN VIEW.- we had to wait ages for a cot even though it was approved a month prior when I booked even after asking TWICE at reception- car park is a joke
