Excellent location and comfortable room

Disliked: Parking garage was too low for our car plus roof box.

Great customer service!

Liked: The staff were super friendly and really helped with all the last minute issues we had. The parking was great, and the breakfast was plentiful...
Disliked: There was some small work going on and the gym was out of use, but a minor point.

Perfect stop-over

Liked: I booked this hotel as a stop over from the Alps. For the price we couldn't believe the quality of the room. It was amazing and so spacious for a family of four. The staff were very friendly. We are even looking at returning for a couple of nights just to visit Rouen.
Disliked: It was all great.

Surprise nice room, but ugly...

Liked: room divider in room to separate kids from parents.
Disliked: Reception needs work. Parking intercom is not working properly

Very good

Liked: The room was a good size
Disliked: They no longer do hand cream and our hands got dry from the water. We also ordered 3 pizzas for dinner, 2 of which were out of stock, they couldn’t even make a margarita for our 3 year old
