Fine for a short stay

Liked: Once we found the hotel we were very happy with the location, it’s a 2 minute walk from the river along which you can then walk into the centre of Rouen.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very good, there was very little choice.

Nice stay

Liked: It's a great room and an excellent location.
Disliked: The shower leaked under the door, creating a mess, and the absence of coffee pods in the room was disappointing.

Lovely comfortable room, felt very...

Liked: Very comfortable room, lots of space. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small children.
Disliked: The car park was a little confusing and very tight spaces.

Amazing place for a great...

Liked: Great hotel!! Brilliant staff, great location amazing rooms!!
Disliked: One thing……the rooms are far from sound proof!! Very noisy on the river side at night!! But only a minor point, as we loved our stay!

Liked: The parking was okay, the room was great, the breakfast was good but the staff were exceptional: the staff on the night we arrived and those on the morning of our departure could not have been more helpful. I am particularly grateful to the woman at the desk who kindly volunteered to post two letters for us when we had to leave in a hurry to catch our Eurotunnel train.
Disliked: There was nothing which I didn't like.
