Extremely disappointing

Liked: The staff at the reception is exceptional. They are smiling and willing to go the extra mile to find solutions.
Disliked: The breakfast is shockingly poor.The bed makes metallic noises at every movement.You hear every passing train as if the windows were open.The room, bathroom, and toilet were not clean.There were no bathrobes, no slippers, no bottle of water in the room.Room furniture and fixtures getting old and very badly maintained.This hotel does not deserve four stars at all, not even two.

Not Up to My Expectations...

Liked: - Very spacious room- Public transport access is perfect - The Italian restaurant next door is excellent
Disliked: - Mold in bathroom- No room service / restaurant- Minuscule gym- No decor (cold design)- Front office staff would not deliver a package to my room nor did they inform me the package had even arrived- No wardrobe and rack was so low my coat was dragging on the floor when hanged

Good service, good breakfast

Liked: Comfortable room (even a distant view of the Eiffel Tower from our 9th floor room), amazing breakfast with very good choices.Staff left chocolates, galette and a birthday greeting in the room as a check in surprise for our daughter on her 16th birthday - wonderful gesture by the hotel Many thanks

Liked: Everything was nice about the hotel.
Disliked: WeI stayed there for 5 nights, and every single day, they had the same menu for breakfast. I asked the front desk about what time we should be at the Ifel tower for the fireworks show on the 31 and they said early so go early and wait BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE FIREWORKS SHOW THERE AND WE JUST WAIT THERE FOR NOTHING AND WE MISS THE FIREWORKS SHOW AT THE ARC OF THE TRIUMPH WOW. THAT WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR US. things like that the hotel stuff needs to know.

Disliked: Unpleasant experience on reception. We arrived late, around 23h as announced, and the lady didn't want to let us in paid room unless we give her card details (number, expiration dates)
