Disliked: We arrived at 10:00 am and reported neatly with the request for parking, this was the reason for choosing this hotel.Very bluntly was informed that parking is only possible at check-in from 14:00 and that we then have to come back.Fine. If you come back, you will be notified that the garage is full. So what is the point of instructing us to come back in the middle of the day for check-in and parking?That there was no place was fine. But the way the lady at the reception spoke to us was definitely not neat. She shielded that she did not have to explain anything about the information given because it was not her but her colleague who had done this. Not collegial.In addition, mold in the bathroom and toilet. Points for free water are there, cups are missing.

Disliked: That I had to clean the room (especially the bathroom) to be able to use it, as it was stained, not for lack of cleaning, but for bad technique and training.
